We have exhibits both indoors and outdoors, so you can make a full day of it regardless of the weather. Bring a picnic and relax in our unique surroundings!

Entry By Donation

We kindly ask for a donation per person to help us keep Heritage Acres running. We reinvest all your donations into preserving local history for generations to come.

Parking & Facilities

We have level gravel parking on site for up to 30 cars. On Event Days the large field is used for additional parking.

There are toilets on site.

We currently do not have changing rooms. Our washrooms are wheelchair compatible

Food

There are no regular food facilities on site,although catering and food trucks are there on Event Days. We encourage you to bring a picnic and relax on our picnic benches for as long as you like.

There are great food shops nearby. Ask one of the volunteers if you’re not sure where to go.

Accessibility

The roads around the museum areas are flat and wide and suitable for wheelchairs. There are a number of forest nature trails that can be easily walked and are accessible by wheelchair if pushed.
